Our History
What started at a roof top bar in central Istanbul, overlooking the Bosporus, turned into a symbiotic business and personal relationship. With diverse personal and professional histories, Lawrence and Mehmet somehow nurtured what has become a very complementary combination of skills, experiences and relationships. The only problem was keeping them on track and focused on the end game. Thats where Jackson's unique organized dispositions and unabashed (brutal) honesty, mixed with a business savvy way beyond his years or experience came to bear. He keeps our team on track, on time and on the ball.

In the spring of 2012, Mr. Krule and his group successfully negotiated the sale of the restructured 330-bed hospital to Community Health Systems (CHS), one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of general acute care hospitals, with the scale and resources required to continue moving the hospital forward.
Mr. Krule has 30 years of investing, operating and financial experience, and a comprehensive background in sophisticated financial and operating engagements, including the evaluation and restructuring of distressed opportunities, the rapid deployment of financial resources and the implementation of unique executive turnaround management teams and strategies.
